From the moment contracts are signed I am available to you to begin planning, working alongside you, taking off the huge pressure of administration and supporting and assisting you, making sure you have all you need and feel in control and organised.

Communication throughout the planning process whenever required via email or telephone/whats app.

Creation of a thorough overview of the wedding design and styling from the ceremony theough dinner and the evening including flowers and table settings.

Creation of a wedding plan, for us to work from, elements shared with the venue and suppliers where necessary.

Assistance with information for your wedding website (if applicable)

The assistance with sourcing of all elements of your wedding.

Liaison with you venue every step of the way to ensure they have all they need information wise and any questions you may have about the venue are answered.

Assistance with the management of room allocation at your venue if required including guest liaison. Overseeing guest arrival and assistance to rooms if needed.

Budget review and support, helping you spend wisely, avoiding any expensive mistakes.

Regular updates by email and/or meetings, to ensure you are always fully briefed and in control of your plans.

Supplier research and recommendations, booking of suppliers to suit your needs and visions, liaising with suppliers and managing all administrative aspects for you.
Site visits/supplier visits where necessary.

Wedding administration – Assistance with RSVPS and communication with guests if required. Gathering of menu choices and dietary requirements and liaison with catering to ensure all information needed is gathered. Assistance with table plans, guest requirements.

Full running order produced for the set up, styling and clear down.

Please note that I only work with a limited number of weddings as their full planner each year, to ensure each wedding receives my undivided attention.

Wedding Consultancy and Partial Planning

If you are happy to take charge of most of the planning, but would still value some professional guidance and support along the way, my Wedding Consultancy and Partial Planning services are the perfect solution. Charged at an hourly rate of (plus travel, where applicable), this service gives you the reassurance of having an experienced planner to lean on whenever you need.

I can assist with sourcing and recommending trusted suppliers, reviewing your plans, and offering advice on all aspects of your wedding. Whether you need help refining your vision, creating a timeline, or troubleshooting specific challenges, I’m here to guide you and ensure everything stays on track. This flexible option allows you to maintain control of your wedding plans while benefiting from my expertise and network, giving you peace of mind as you navigate your planning journey.

Day Prior and On the Day Management

Every wedding deserves a calm, steady presence behind the scenes — someone who isn’t a guest but is wholly dedicated to ensuring your day unfolds exactly as planned. With my 'On the Day Management' package, I’ll act as your personal coordinator, discreetly managing every element to ensure your meticulously planned day flows seamlessly. Together with my assistant, I’ll be your reassuring point of contact, making sure everything runs smoothly so you can focus on enjoying every magical moment.

The Day Prior:
On the day before your wedding, I’ll be on-site to meet with you, familiarise myself with every detail of your plans, and take over the reins. This ensures that when the big day arrives, everything is ready to run like clockwork, and you can relax knowing your plans are in expert hands.

On the Day:
I’ll arrive bright and early (9am or earlier if required) to begin overseeing every detail. My duties include, but are not limited to:

Venue and Supplier Coordination: Welcoming and liaising with suppliers, checking deliveries, and ensuring the venue is set to your exact specifications, from table settings and ceremony spaces to last-minute styling touches.

Ceremony Management: Meeting with registrars, celebrants, or officiants, ensuring music is ready, and guiding the bridal party so everyone knows exactly where to be and when. From buttonholes to bouquets and confetti, I’ll make sure every detail is perfect.

Guest Guidance: Acting as the main point of contact for your guests, answering questions, directing them as needed, and ensuring everyone is seated on time for the ceremony.

Timelines & Troubleshooting: Monitoring the day’s schedule to ensure everything runs on time, proactively managing any potential delays or challenges so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Food & Drink Oversight: Coordinating the timely delivery of drinks and food throughout the day, ensuring your timeline is followed to perfection.

Turnarounds & Set-Up: Managing any venue changes organised wedding team, such as room or outdoor area transformations, so everything transitions smoothly.

Management of any wedding team brought in to oversee setting up/styling/drinks/bar/food service

I will remain by your side until your approximately 8pm - around your first dance/cake cutting to ensure the daytime celebrations are flawless and the evening plans are fully in place. If you’d like me to stay through the entire event until 1am to oversee clear down, this can be arranged for an additional cost.

With my eyes and ears everywhere, I’ll be the calm, guiding presence that ensures your wedding is nothing short of perfect. From the moment I step in, you can fully relax and enjoy the day you’ve worked so hard to plan.

Add-On to On The Day Management: Final Month Wedding Support

If you’d like extra support in the lead-up to your big day, this optional package is the perfect addition to my On the Day Management service. The final month is a flurry of administration and paperwork, payments, reconfirmations and communication and I can help take the pressure of you at this stage. Beginning one month before your wedding, I’ll step in to help you finalise all those last minute details and ensure everything is perfectly organised, leaving you free to relax and enjoy the countdown to your special day. With this additional support, you’ll have peace of mind knowing that nothing has been overlooked. I’ll be there to guide you through the final preparations and ensure every aspect of your wedding is perfectly aligned with your vision, so you can enjoy the anticipation of your big day without the stress.

The creation of a comprehensive wedding plan and timeline to capture every detail and highlight any gaps or last-minute tasks that need attention.

Coordination of set-up details, including arrival schedules for your suppliers and set-up guidance for you and your wedding party when you arrive at the venue.

Assistance with guest management, ensuring all RSVPs gathered.
Troubleshooting any unexpected issues, offering solutions to ensure everything runs smoothly in the final stages.

Site visit where necessary.
Meetings to discuss all information regarding your wedding and details of your suppliers.

Make contact with all of your suppliers, to introduce myself and to finalise all the detail for the day, ensuring they have everything they need and my contact details to take the pressure off you including liaising with caterers to reconfirm final numbers, dietary requirements, table plans and special requests are handled with care.

Wedding Team

If your plans and vision require additional hands on the day, I have an experienced and dedicated team ready to step in and make it happen. My team understands weddings inside and out and whilst some venue staff are restricted in the services they can carry our, (e.g. some won’t move furniture outdoors or set up furniture or serve food outside).but in contrast, my team has no such restrictions and are here to facilitate whatever you need to ensure your day runs seamlessly.

From welcoming guests, setting up ceremony spaces within the grounds, styling tables, and serving drinks, to moving furniture, managing outdoor wedding breakfasts, running your bar, and handling food service indoors or out, my team is versatile and adaptable. They’ll also handle clearing down furniture, packing away, managing waste, and much more. Quite simply, we’re here to take care of all the practicalities, so you and your loved ones can relax and enjoy every magical moment.

As your wedding approaches, we’ll work together to determine the exact number of team members and hours required, tailoring the service to suit your needs and budget.

To secure your team for the day, a booking fee i required and two weeks before your wedding we can finalise all the details to ensure every aspect of your day is covered by the right number of team members for the minimum hours they are needed and the balance will then be due.

Wedding Items and Styling Services

To help bring your wedding vision to life, I offer a range of versatile wedding items and styling options that can add a unique and personal touch to your day. From vintage lighting and fairy lights to a freestanding bar front, or beautiful wooden archways for framing your ceremony, or creating stunning photo opportunities and booths. Vintage crates, tealight holders, chalkboards, bunting, fairy lights - I have so many other decorative pieces that can enhance the ambiance of your venue.

If you need help with styling services, such as installing decorations, foliage, additional lighting (both inside and outside), or arranging flowers, I’d be delighted to discuss your needs and provide a tailored quote. These services can easily be added on at any point as your plans evolve, giving you flexibility and peace of mind. Together, we’ll create a beautifully styled wedding that reflects your unique personality and vision.

Bell Tents and Marquees

Finally, I also have many bell tents and emperor bell tents as well as stretch tents and marquees for hire, should you require any for cover, on hot or inclement days, use for bars, children's tents, chill out areas or of course additional accommodation for your guests !
