Wedding Day Management and Coordination

2 weeks prior up to your wedding, we will run through your plans and I will take over everything organised as your main point of contact for every single supplier involved in your wedding day, ensuring everyone has all the information they need and taking on the high amount of administration and communications that will happen as the day approaches.

The day before your wedding, I will be on site with you to offer full set up and styling support. We will run through a ceremony rehearsal if required, ensure the venue is set up to your requirements and this will allow you to simply enjoy the excitement and the company of family and friends, knowing your plans are in expert hands. 

On your Wedding Day, I will arrive early to discreetly manage every element, ensuring the entire day flows seamlessly. I will check in on your and the bridal party ensuring you have all you need, be a reassuring point of contact not only for you but also for your family, friends and suppliers arriving, so that everyone knows exactly where they need to be and when throughout the day. I will work with your suppliers, supporting the photographer, caterer and others to ensure they are kept informed and have support.
