Wedding Day Management and Coordination

Having someone on hand on your wedding day, who isn't family or a guest, to ensure the day runs smoothly and all the little unseen jobs get carried out, is priceless. 

Together we will run through all your plans and then I will take over everything you have organised, relieving you of the myriad of administration and communications that take over just before the big day. I will become the main point of contact for all your suppliers,  ensuring they have all the information they need and will create timelines if they aren't in place already and identify any fine details or last minute arrangements that need to be carried out.

The day before your wedding, I will be on site with you for set up and styling support, ensuring the venue is set up to your requirements, allowing you to relax and enjoy the excitement and the company of family and friends, knowing your plans are in expert hands.  On your wedding day I will arrive early and discreetly manage every element, ensuring the entire day flows seamlessly.  I will be a reassuring point of contact not only for you but also for your family, friends and also your suppliers and will work with them through the day to ensure they are kept informed and have support where needed.
